Divine Goddess Active Wear and Yoga Products
Please retain your original Atma-Alchemy receipt as you will need this as proof of purchase to obtain a refund, credit or repair. We can not accept returns or repairs without the original receipt & are unable to exchange or refund if the orders were placed with any other web supplier other than Atma Alchemy including Divine Goddess.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described online or don't do what they are supposed to do.
If your item purchased is deemed faulty, please contact the Atma Alchemy team at lisa@atma-alchemy.com to organise for a return envelope to be sent to you in which the goods can be returned for repair or exchange, depending on type of return.
REFUNDS
You have 14 days to return any item, Please send via recorded post so that there is proof of delivery, without this, if goods do not arrive back, we can not issue a refund on any item. Postage for returns will be at the customers expense.
In the instance where a refund is granted, refunds will only be processed once the product has been received in new condition and approved by Atma Alchemy.
Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your bank or credit card statement..
Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date
All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn
All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the return, all garments are subject to inspection
EXCHANGE
Customers are entitled to a 21 day exchange period on most products. A faulty product can be exchanged or returned for credit.
Please note: When exchanging goods you must return all of the componentry, with the original receipt, in as new condition and including all original packaging.
We are only able to exchange or refund if the product is unused and in a saleable condition. If you are exchanging a product that is not faulty – the postage will be your responsibility.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of submitting your order .
After 24 hours a cancellation fee of 10% of the order or a maximum of £50 will apply. If delivery has been made, the customer must return the product, at his or her own expense, and the refund will be made upon Atma Alchemy receiving the return product, in its original packaging, in new condition and with the original receipt.

Pictures are used for illustration purposes only - Not all pictures used are an exact representation of the product listed.-as all prints are bespoke as no 2 garments are exactly alike.
All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors.
Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification to Atma Alchemy.

24 hours notice is required for the above services to be cancelled a 50% charge will be levied on late cancellation due to loss of business
Yoga-Refunds
Missing classes in a course booking due to events/Illness.
Course bookings are a special reduced price for your commitment to practicing yoga, i am unable to refund individual classes in a course or replacement classes.
Drop in sessions are available if the course is running and payable on the day you attend before the class starts.
If i am unwell I will offer refunds or alternative dates for class depending on the circumstances.

The privacy of our customers at Atma Alchemy has always been of utmost importance. Our Internet privacy policy is as follows:-
(1) You do not have to give us personal information to visit our site.
(2) Personal data is only collected to verify your address for delivery of goods, and to confirm you are the valid user of a given credit card. No data is collected without you first acknowledging you wish to supply this data.
(3) We do not store your credit card details, all shopping is done real time, with a direct, secure connection from our site to our Merchant provider. We use a secure gateway connection.
(4) We do not give, sell or transfer any personal information to a third party.
(5) We do not use the data collected on the website for direct sales /marketing.
If you have subscribed to our yoga courses, we will keep you informed of new courses and events in the future via email, and to opt out of emails, please just email me and I will no longer include you
